Vehicles with warranty will be only valid 30 minutes from exiting our premises. Vehicles must be returned back to our location within 30 minutes. tolerance after warranty will no longer be valid.

GENERAL RULES

The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the Auctioneer shall have the sole and final determination of the successful bidder or re-offer and resale the vehicle in dispute.

1. Each bidder must have his or her own bidder number.

2. Vehicles may be auction out of numerical order.

3. No one under 18 years of age is allowed access to Connection Auto Auction facilities.

4. Any work on vehicle on or around Connection Auto Auction is prohibited.

5. Backpacks, briefcases, etc. are not allowed in the inspection area.

6. Deposit is not refundable.

7. Damages done to vehicles or property of Connection Auto Auction will be charge to buyer.

8. Anyone caught stealing, removing parts, taking keys, or damaging vehicles will be arrested and fully prosecuted of the law, and membership can be terminated.

9. If you fail to Checkout your vehicle(s), you will forfeit your deposit.

10. You may not remove any vehicle until full payment is satisfied. Only the winning bidder can remove the vehicle.

11. Vehicles must be paid for and picked up no later than Friday of the auction date at 5:00 pm or the following day (Saturday) from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, in order to avoid an extra charge.

12. If you pay for your vehicle on Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, you will have to cover an extra fee of $100 for late payment. (If you do not pay for your vehicle on Monday, your deposit is not refundable.)

CONDITION OF SALE

All vehicles are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” WITH NO WARRANTY. No warranty is made with respect to the accuracy of any information provided to Buyers regarding vehicles provided in either written, or image form and Buyers should not base their bids solely on information provided for Buyer’s convenience. This information includes, but is not limited to year, make, model, VIN, mileage, odometer disclosure, condition, actual cash value, estimated repair cost, damage type, whether or not car stars, and sale document. In accordance with State Law, VEHICLES SOLD WITH REGULAR SALE DOCUMENT STATUS MAY HAVE SALVAGE SALE DOCUMENT STATUS IN THEIR HISTORY. It is the buyer’s responsibility to preview each vehicle and determine its condition, originality and contents. Connection Auto Auction does not guarantee that the vehicle currently meets or can modified to meet local emission and safety requirements. Vehicles offer by Connection Auto Auction may contain deployed airbags that have not been replaced.

REGLAS GENERALES:

El subastador se reserva el derecho de rechazar cualquiera o todas las ofertas,
en caso de disputa entre postores, el subastador tendrá la determinación única y
definitiva de la decisión ganadora al postor o volver a ofrecer y revender el vehículo en disputa.

1. Cada licitador deberá disponer de su propio número de licitador.
2. Los vehículos podrán subastarse fuera de orden numérico.
3. No se permite el acceso a las instalaciones de Connection Auto Auction a menores de 18 años.
4. Está prohibido cualquier trabajo en el vehículo en Connection Auto Auction o sus alrededores.
5. No se permiten mochilas, maletines, etc. en el área de inspección.
6. Ningún deposito será reembolsable. .
7. Los daños causados a los vehículos correrán a cargo del comprador.
8. Cualquier persona que sea sorprendida robando, quitando piezas, tomando llaves o dañando vehículos será arrestada y procesada plenamente según la ley, y se podrá cancelar su membresía.
9. Si no realiza el pago de su(s) vehículo(s), perderá su depósito.
10. No podrá retirar ningún vehículo hasta que se haya satisfecho el pago total, sólo el postor ganador podrá retirar el vehículo.
11. Los vehículos deberán ser pagados y retirados a mas tardar el viernes de subasta a las 5:00 pm o al siguiente día (sábado) de 8:00 am a 1:00 pm, para no generar un cargo extra.
12. En caso de pagar su vehículo el lunes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm deberá cubrir una cuota extra de $100 dlls por pago retrasado.

(en caso de no pagar su vehículo el lunes perderá su depósito)

CONDICIONES DE VENTA:

Todos los vehículos se venden “TAL CUAL, DONDE ESTÁN” SIN GARANTÍA. No se ofrece ninguna garantía con respecto a la exactitud de la información proporcionada a los compradores con respecto a los vehículos proporcionados, ya sea por escrito o en forma de imagen, y los compradores no deben basar sus ofertas únicamente en la información proporcionada para su conveniencia, esta información incluye, entre otros, año, marca, modelo, serie, kilometraje, información del odómetro, condición, valor en efectivo real, costo de reparación estimado, tipo de daño, si el auto es estrella o no y documento de venta. De acuerdo con la Ley Estatal, LOS VEHÍCULOS VENDIDOS CON ESTADO DE DOCUMENTO DE VENTA REGULAR PUEDEN TENER ESTADO DE DOCUMENTO DE VENTA DE SALVAJE EN SU HISTORIAL es responsabilidad del comprador previsualizar cada vehículo y determinar su estado, originalidad y contenido. Connection Auto Auction no garantiza que el vehículo cumpla actualmente o pueda modificarse para cumplir con los requisitos locales de emisiones y seguridad. Los vehículos ofrecidos por Connection Auto Auction pueden contener bolsas de aire desplegadas que no han sido reemplazadas.
