General Auction Terms
Registration
All bidders must register before participating in the auction.
A valid government issued ID is required.
EZ Auto Auction reserves the right to refuse registration or bidding privileges to any person at its discretion.
Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect vehicles before bidding.
EZ Auto Auction does not guarantee:
vehicle condition
mechanical status
odometer accuracy
title status
Payment Terms
All purchases must be paid in full by the next business day unless otherwise announced by the auction.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Cashier's Check
Money Order
Approved electronic payment methods
Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in:
deposit forfeiture
cancellation of the sale
revocation of bidding privileges.
Vehicle Removal
Vehicles must be removed within one business day after the auction.
Vehicles not removed on time may incur storage fees.
Storage fees may apply starting at $50 per day or as posted by the auction.
Announcements
Announcements made by the auctioneer or auction staff take precedence over printed materials or online listings.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer has final authority and may:
reopen bidding
cancel the sale
or assign the winning bid.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering and participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Online Bidding Deposit Policy
To participate in online bidding, users must maintain a valid deposit in their account.
Minimum Deposit Requirement
A refundable deposit of $500 is required to activate online bidding privileges.
This deposit provides up to $10,000 in buying power, based on a 10 percent deposit to buying power ratio.
Payment Method and Clearing Time
Deposits must be made using:
ACH
bank transfer
Depending on your bank, deposits may take up to five business days to clear.
Refund Eligibility
Deposits are refundable if:
no bids or purchases were made within seven calendar days of placing the deposit
the account has no unpaid invoices or pending balances
Forfeiture Policy
If an invoice is not paid within three business days, the deposit may be forfeited and applied toward administrative or cancellation costs.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in:
deposit forfeiture
account restrictions
suspension of bidding privileges.
Use of Deposits
Deposits cannot be applied to vehicle purchases.
Deposits only establish buying eligibility.
Deposits must remain in the account while bidding privileges are active.
Refund Processing
Refund requests submitted before 11:15 PM Central Time are processed the next business day.
Banks typically require one to three business days to post the refunded amount.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does my deposit count toward my purchase
No.
Deposits cannot be applied to vehicle purchases.
They only secure buying power.
Deposits may be withdrawn if there are no outstanding purchases.
Cash deposits made in person may only be refunded by the auction.
How do I add funds to my wallet

- Select My Wallet
- Select Add Deposit
- Submit the deposit
Deposits may take up to three business days to clear.
How do I request a refund
To request a deposit withdrawal, contact support through the chat system and request a human agent.
Provide either:
your bidder number
or the phone number associated with your account.
When can I request a refund
Refund requests can be submitted:
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Your account must not have any outstanding invoices or pending balances.
