SALE TERMS

AS-IS WHERE-IS SALE

All vehicles are sold AS IS WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

Buyers are fully responsible for conducting their own inspection and due diligence prior to bidding.

AGE REQUIREMENTS AND PREMISES RULES

Bidders must be 18 years or older. A valid government issued photo ID is required to register and bid. No minors or pets are allowed on the premises at any time.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the auction.

VEHICLE INSPECTION

Inspection is available prior to auction start time. Tampering with vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in removal and legal action under California Penal Code 594.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

In Person Deposits

Cash only

500 dollar deposit required for winning bids Winning bids of 5000 dollars and above may require a higher deposit

Deposits are non refundable and due immediately after winning a bid. Failure to leave a deposit will result in loss of bidding privileges.

Accepted Payment Methods

In person deposits: Cash only Final balance: We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Payment in full is required on the day of the auction.

ACH may be available for approved returning customers

PAYMENT DEADLINES AND STORAGE

Vehicles must be paid in full and removed on the same day as the auction

If not paid within one business day, the deposit will be forfeited.

If paid but not removed on time, a storage fee of 50 dollars per day will apply.

Buyers are responsible for transporting their vehicles. SoCal Auto Auction is not responsible for theft or damage after sale.

ONLINE BIDDING DEPOSITS

A refundable minimum deposit of 500 dollars is required to activate online bidding.

This provides up to 10,000 dollars in buying power based on a ten percent ratio.

Deposits are refundable if: No bidding activity or purchases occur within 7 calendar days of deposit, and There are no unpaid invoices on the account

If an invoice is not paid within 3 business days, the deposit will be forfeited and applied toward administrative costs.

Placing a deposit confirms acceptance of these terms.

BUYER FEES

Buyer fee based on final sale amount

Internet fee: 3 percent of sale price capped at 150 dollars

All fees are added to the final bid amount.

BIDDING TERMS

Vehicles are sold with no minimum bids unless otherwise announced. Some consignments may carry a reserve.

If reserve is not met, the bid becomes an IF bid.

IF bids remain valid until Monday following the auction. If accepted and buyer fails to complete purchase, deposit is forfeited.

MILEAGE DISCLAIMER

Vehicles 10 years or older are sold TMU unless otherwise stated. SoCal Auto Auction does not guarantee odometer readings.

TITLE AND DMV

Buyer is responsible for title transfer, registration, sales tax, smog, and DMV fees. SoCal Auto Auction does not process DMV paperwork. Emission related repairs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Title paperwork is processed after funds clear.

MEDIA WAIVER

By entering the premises, you grant SoCal Auto Auction permission to use your image or video for promotional purposes without compensation.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

All persons entering the auction assume full risk of injury or property damage and release SoCal Auto Auction from liability.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Bidding constitutes full agreement to all auction terms. Do not bid if you do not agree with these policies.
